Helvetiarockt is the Swiss coordination office and networking platform for female* musicians in jazz, pop and rock. Since 2009, the association has been campaigning for a significant increase in the proportion of women* representation in the Swiss music industry.

In this episode Natalia talks with Jennifer Jans Jans who is an Arts Manager, Promoter and Musician. We discuss the difference between programming and booking, how to develop the skill of programming bands/artists and learning from failure. We also get into the perspective of artists by talking about how and when to contact bookers.
